I get the explanation, and everything that happens within the sleep paralysis. I experienced all but smell based things but the "buzzing" noise part I find hard believing it is a hallucination. I hear noises like footsteps, bangs or other hallucinated noises while in it but the hum feels like something else. I had an extremely terrifying episode once and I was determined to stop it. So far I have mitigated them by avoiding focus on an ever present static noise I can hear if I try to focus my hearing to my ears as the root source location of the sound. Does that make sense? I can always hear a static "tube tv noise" if I want to pay attention to it. It is not ear damage nor impeades my hearing in anyway. I just defuse on my surroundings and just listen(think/pretend to listen) to my brain? Lol I know that sounds weird, I don't know how else to explain. If I am in a silent environment or if I focus hard I on listening to only what's between my head or in my ears I can hear a "fffffffff" sound. What I found is I can evoke the sleep paralysis if I lay down and start listening for that sound, then try to listen deeper into that sound, eventually the sound turns charp/zapping into what I hear a lot of people explain while in Paralysis, and then I am in it. I feel extremely awkward saying this because my confidence in what I am saying doesn't match the practical explanations I feel and read. That particular progression and transition was very clear and I was able to recognise what I think I do (more subconsciously) to invoke the paralysis. When I sleep I don't let myself focus on silence, which usually would lead me to listening to that ever present static and I don't have issues anymore. I have caught myself doing so but the fear of letting myself focus on it stops me and I don't have those moments. I do believe that everything experienced in it is not any astral projections or mumbo jumbo and that the sounds produced during that paralysis are hallucinations. I do feel the "initial" sound hear is not a "hallucination" but something else focused, while entering the state that is then translated into hallucination in the paralysis state. I don't know, Just me?

Same here , the women is named. The succubus. Sometimes she looks old with a withe old-fashioned dress with ruffles, and i saw her also as the " ring " girl. Aliens also . Shadow hands. And other other wordly creatures.

Lucid dreaming is scary, there's always a terrifying point when I realise it's a dream and anything can happen in dreams so I get scared and try to wake myself up i shout "wake up" out loud, sometimes I wake up but sometimes I only dream that I've woken up

Terrifying experience

I usually slowly get up from the ground and then go crazy when I fly I do barrel rolls in the air travel large distances it feels so free and amazing. It doesn’t happen often but, it feels so great everytime before I sleep I wish to fly again

I heard millions of voices after my head hit my pillow and I was so scared I was crying really badly but when I lifted my head from my pillow the voices stopped. I’m also known to rarely if ever cry. But this, this scared the hell out of me

I love dreaming... I actually consider it a hobby. I've had many memorable dreams and they feel just as real as actual events I've experienced.

i developed a fear of lucid dreaming because my brain makes me a fake lucid dream and makes me ask “what time is it?” the second i “realize” that i’m in a dream last time i had a fake lucid dream i just tried to wake up and somehow it did so maybe its an accidental lucid dream?

This is the greatest video I have ever watched. This man has somehow made extremely engaging content on something he cannot possibly show me on camera. He could have made all this up and I would have no idea 10/10 gonna try this when I go to sleep.

So tell me something bro after these 13 years what have you learned about lucid dreaming 💭 did you also figure out how to share/ manipulate, contact or find other lucid dreamers in the sleeping realm like I found you as you were passing by me at a house party? 😂 it’s crazy how I searched for another dreamer as at the time found one and led me to you trying to find another in the end I lost control of my abilities as I crossed into your dream realm and everything I thought of you did against me even when we fought in the sky from my projected self I was still on the ground just like you were but I seen 2 shadows fighting it off like in DBZ we came down and you used my move cause at the time I had barely seen the green lantern by Ryan Renalds & defeated me in my own game cause prior to that when I did found you I also found it strange as I heard an alarm go off but it wasn’t mine and you asked me why I can’t wake up because in my presence I wasn’t trying to let another lucid dreamer just leave and decided to fight one in a mental combat but I lost entering your realm after you sent me flying across mountains into the citie I realized I was to far from you and you escaped from me 😅😭😂 But it was fun since I found out then my actual duties were to not only manipulate but were to awaken another soul to its natural being or corresponding you weren’t my first or my last but it crossed my path as well 😂 I wonder if you also found out like me that we can travel to the past present and future even create gate portals for ourselves 😌

I swim when I fly in dreams, and it's not because of Peter Pan. I'm pretty sure it's because I or We only experience floating when we are in water.

i heart and felt a loud staticy buzzing noise coming from the back of my neck and i basically couldn't breathe at all, i felt so weak and tired i just wanted to go back to bed but then i thought i was dying, was able to lift a arm and broke out of it

I had it when Jesus Christ literally interrupted my wet dream with a demon, when he came close to me it's exactly how you said, it exceeded the realism of waking life

I once dreamt that I woke up, when I looked outside and saw a massive red piano on the pathway in my back yard. I immediately knew I was dreaming because why would there be a massive red piano on the pathway in my back yard? Just a little while later, I woke up for real, anyway, very good video, very good work 💙🏔️

First, I had dreams within dreams once, and I had two times waking-up stages. So it's possible. Second, why don't you explain why everyone in Iucid's dream attacked Ariadne when she created a real-world scene for the audience? Third, Don't ever tell the perfection in your dream that you are lucid there if you don't want to have a Painful waking up-even dying if not panicking. Fourth, They are not all projections in a Lucid dream, darling. Some of them are actual existence🤨 who are you to say it's not true? Finally. I held my breath in my dream and i ran out of breath way quicker than real life so I would say 1 minute real time is 30 or 15 seconds in dream time. So time actually speeds up 2-4 times as fast

Since been a kid I naturally had lucid dreams now as an adult I hardly dream

I haven't even attempted to have a lucid dream in like 10 years. Woke up in the night last night and decided to try this. I fell asleep and became lucid on the first set of stairs I was so tired 😂 Super effective. Just need a better method to stay in the dream when things start going weird

I love flying in my dreams. To be able to fly, I have to know that I can fly. If I have a doubt, its not working. So sometimes when I want to fly, Im not able to do it. Wanting is not enough, I have to really know that I can fly . It has to be same kind of knowing like able to walk in the waking state. I just know that I can walk and then I walk.

I flap my arms when i fly in lucid dreams, i feel like a right idiot doing it!

I fly in dreams by will, I use my arms to control it, but the control is wonky and wild. The speed and level are able to be controlled, but not very well. I am also at the verge of losing control. Amazing exhilarating, and I don't want to wake up.
